Contract Violation

We discovered that the author of “When the Earth Answers”, a poem that was previously included in Reckoning X, submitted and sold that poem to another literary market after signing an exclusive contract with Reckoning Press. This publication has not responded to our requests that they remove the poem, and since we’re uninterested in pursuing costly litigation or damaging anyone’s reputation unnecessarily, we will instead be removing it ourselves.
