Author: Aden Albert

A black and white photograph of a man with glasses, short hair, mustache, and goatee. He looks straight ahead with a wry smile on his face. The background is dark and featureless, and there are pinpoint catchlights in his pupils.

Aden Albert is a photographer and writer based in South Carolina. His work has appeared in galleries in South Carolina, Vermont, Oregon, Georgia, and Budapest, Hungary. His images focus on the stories of things left behind—whether forgotten, made obsolete, or the remains from some greater something eroded away. He can be found on Bluesky at @adenalbert.com, on Instagram at @the.aden.albert, and he publishes weird fiction at [The Neon Church] (https://theneon.church).
